Job summary

Lindar in Minnesota is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support production flow by moving materials, stacking, and packing for shipment. The role operates 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and requires using forklifts, scanners, and IQMS shipping paperwork.

You will load/unload, inspect goods, and ensure FIFO and inventory accuracy in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with basic reading skills, strong organization, and reliability will fit well; physical ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Move materials throughout the facility using forklift or manual handling.
  • Receive, sort, and verify shipments; report shortages.
  • Load/unload vehicles; inspect for damage.
  • Deliver raw materials to designated areas.
  • Pack and label boxes for shipment.
  • Organize storage areas and maintain housekeeping.
  • Ensure warehouse product is secure.
  • Perform FIFO using scanning tools.
  • Lock out trucks for safety.
  • Operate IQMS shipping and prepare shipping paperwork.

Job description

  • Pay or shift range: $19 USD to $24 USD
    This is an estimated range. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
Description

Facilitates the efficient flow of raw material and finished product throughout the entire manufacturing/warehouse process.

5:30 am to 2:00 pm Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Moves materials throughout the facility with a forklift, truck, or similar equipment manual or motorized.
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming materials and checks contents against bills of lading and packing list. Reports shortages and overages of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Loads and unloads delivery vehicles with finished products, raw materials and other items. Inspect incoming and outgoing product for broken seals and damage.
  • Delivers raw materials (plastic, boxes, and pallets) to designated racking and or/areas.
  • Packs and wraps boxes or other materials for shipment and attaches appropriate documentation.
  • Organizes storage areas and maintains proper housekeeping standards.
  • Ensures all warehouse product is secure.
  • Practices FIFO while using the scanning tools provided to scan all material and finished goods
  • Locks out trucks according for safety using the tools provided
  • Operate IQMS shipping and prepares shipping paperwork (ex. BOL, Manifest, Fedex, UPS)
