POSITION SUMMARY

Effectively prepare and load items onto outgoing trucks for shipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)

1. Comply and ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines and regulations.
2. Confirm accuracy of material being delivered.
3. Confirm accuracy of material being pulled and delivered to production bays.
4. Assist in the development of relevant processes and procedures.
5. Address material shorts as requested by Material Control.
6. Assist with material reconciliations at job closeouts as requested.
7. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
8. Safely operate any manual handling equipment required to perform responsibilities.
9. Use proper stacking and pulling processes.
10. Safely utilize ramp to load and unload materials.

• MATERIAL HANDLER I: 1 year of relevant experience
• MATERIAL HANDLER II: 2-3 years of relevant experience
• MATERIAL HANDLER III: 3 plus years of relevant experience

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES: None specifically required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to pass forklift training; Knowledge of piping materials (visual and descriptions)
