Job summary

Ammega Group is hiring for a warehouse associate in Reading, PA. The role requires operating tow motors and pallet jacks, following safety and quality procedures, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

You will pick, pack, and ship orders using UPS/FedEx systems and scanners. The position requires flexibility with hours and legal work eligibility in the United States; prior warehouse experience with barcode scanners is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Tow motor experience and pallet jack handling preferred.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip or FedEx systems is a plus.
• Warehouse environment with barcode scanners is expected.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

• Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to improve our quality program.
• Follows all procedures and work instructions.
• Maintains a clean and organized working environment (5S).
• Pick orders timely and correctly.
• Ability to learn and navigate our inventory control system/shipping system (UPS/FedEx).
• Assures timely flow of goods.
• Ability to check-in and put away parts using tablets and scanners.
• Prepare handling of goods.
• Material receipts.
• Ability to process shipments in a correct order.
• Ability to pick and pack orders sturdy and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Opportunity to be selected for the role of ISO Internal Auditor, with responsibilities including conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Must demonstrate awareness of ISO standards and actively participate in Integrated Management System (IMS) audits to support compliance and improvement efforts.
