Job summary

The Brickle Group in Rhode Island is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to move materials to and from the machine, load fiber, and prepare finished products for shipment. You will operate material handling equipment and assist with set-up, change-overs, and inventory tasks.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience (certified preferred), good communication, and basic computer skills. 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred and on-site work with safety-focused procedures is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience running a forklift / forklift certified preferred.
• Read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules including Lock-Out Tag-Out and PPE usage.
• Locate and supply materials to machine operators.
• Assist with set-up and change-over including cleaning equipment.
• Weigh, label and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain in-process inventory and record information in POUT or job packets.
