Job summary

Walor North America is seeking a Material Handler for the second shift at the Columbus, OH facility. You will help ensure on-time delivery, properly stage and move work-in-progress, and maximize equipment productivity.

Typical duties include moving product, emptying scrap and trash containers, maintaining tub storage standards, organizing outdoor storage areas, performing forklift preventative maintenance, and upholding 5S practices. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Material Handler Second Shift

Walor North America is looking for a Material Handler to join its Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery, staging and removal of all work in progress from process to maximize equipment productivity.

What you will do

• Maintains production by removing tubs with product and replacing empty containers
• Empty all scrap containers and chip hoppers safely at the end of shift
• Empty outside trash as scheduled
• Maintain standards regarding proper tub storage locations and tidiness
• Organize and maintain predefined outdoor storage areas as required
• Maintain required forklift preventative maintenance
• Adherence to 5S principles
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
