Job summary

Thermal Management Solutions Group in Michigan seeks a Warehouse/Materials Handler to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will receive, inspect, and record materials, post SAP transactions, and prepare items for production lines while maintaining accurate ERP inventory records.

Responsibilities include material handling with pallet jacks and forklifts, storage location assignment, and timely supply of components to production.

Qualifications

• Experience receiving and inspecting raw materials against invoices and documents.
• Ability to post SAP transactions and maintain ERP records.
• Proficient material handling with pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Strong attention to safety procedures and accuracy.
• Physically able to move materials and work with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials, components, and products, and verify quantities against invoices and documents.
• Physically inspect and identify received materials for condition and identification.
• Post received materials in SAP and ensure accuracy of ERP transactions.
• Move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment following safety procedures.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations and maintain records in the ERP system.
• Pick and pre-stage materials to supply production lines according to PPC schedules.
• Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records and assist with physical inventories.
• Assist with locating and addressing discrepancies or shortages.
