Job summary

Novonesis in New Berlin, Wisconsin is seeking a motivated Material Handler to join our warehouse and logistics team. You will pick, pack, and ship customer orders, coordinate transfers, and uphold safety and inventory accuracy.

You will work with SAP and other systems to move materials, support production, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating across departments. This on-site role offers strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in shipping, receiving or warehouse operations.
• Experience with inventory control processes and WMS.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate inventory records.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately to support on-time shipment and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and coordinate material transfers between multiple warehouse locations to ensure materials are available for production and customer needs.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of daily work, including conducting routine equipment safety inspections.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environments.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Utilize SAP and other business systems to perform inventory transactions and material movements.
• Lead and support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster positive, professional communication and collaboration across departments while escalating issues appropriately.
