Novonesis in New Berlin, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler to support our warehouse and logistics operations. You will receive, store, document, and ship materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery while complying with safety standards.

Responsibilities include picking and packing customer orders, coordinating transfers between sites, conducting routine safety checks, and using SAP for inventory movements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, or similar.
• Experience with inventory control processes and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to operate multiple types of forklifts safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Utilize SAP and other business systems to perform inventory transactions and material movements.
• Lead and support problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster positive, professional communication and collaboration across departments while escalating issues appropriately.
