Job summary

Austin Powder seeks a Helix Plant Material Handler to ensure safe, efficient movement of all raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods within the Helix energetic materials facility. The role includes staging materials for production, transferring finished products to storage and outbound areas, and supporting equipment cleaning and teardown.

Candidates must follow GMP and Basis of Safety documentation, wear required PPE, and maintain accurate logs while collaborating with operators,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or similar physical work environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer literacy to complete digital logs and required training modules.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and deliver raw materials to process areas.
• Transfer finished goods to storage or outbound shipping zones.
• Safely operate material handling equipment (training provided).
• Maintain accurate records of material movements, lot tracking, and inventory usage.
• Perform routine cleaning and assist with equipment teardown and reassembly as needed.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and Basis of Safety documentation.
