You will perform grinding/finishing steps, inspect materials, review work orders, and help maintain shop equipment and organization in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, courteous, professional demeanor is required.
• Experience in material handling/warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to read work orders and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Foster safety culture and prioritization.
• Ensure quality standards are met and owned at the work center.
• Follow company rules and communicate issues with leadership.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move and stage material for processing.
• Perform grinding, shot blasting, and other finishing steps.
• Inspect materials for damage and quality.
• Review Work Orders for accuracy and special requests.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain designated equipment.
