Job summary

MCC is seeking Material Handlers to support production on all shifts. You will safely move materials, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping and receiving while meeting safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and forklift/RF scanner experience. The role requires physical stamina, basic math, and good communication skills in a manufacturing setting with comprehensive benefits and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent training and experience (6–12 months).
• Forklift experience required; RF scan gun experience required.
• Ability to operate material‑handling equipment.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and shipping/receiving is a plus.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance metrics for the role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material‑handling equipment, including forklifts and clamp trucks.
• Receive, move, stage, and transfer raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Work with RF scanners to receive, move, and adjust inbound and outbound materials.
• Match substrate receipts against actual quantities received.
• Coordinate the transfer of finished goods into inventory.
• Monitor shipping supplies and notify shipping office of low inventory.
