Job summary

Ellison Bakery is seeking a dependable Material Handler - Warehouse Associate in Fort Wayne, IN to support warehouse and production operations. You will receive, store, move, track, and ship materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and supporting uninterrupted production.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in material handling and RF scanning, forklift experience, basic computer skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and policies in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of Material Handler experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of RF scanner experience.
• Minimum of 2 years forklift experience (sit-down/stand-up).
• Basic computer skills and ERP system experience.
• Able to perform basic math and maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, label, and stock incoming materials.
• Operate RF scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
• Load and unload trucks and complete shipping documentation.
• Pull, stage, package, and ship customer orders on time.
• Stock inventory in designated locations and maintain accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Return unused materials to inventory and record transactions.
