Job summary

Durex Industries is seeking a Material Handler at our Cary, IL site to support receiving, labeling, and material distribution. You will verify incoming shipments against orders and ensure accurate cycle counts and inventory records.

Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, maintaining organization of materials, and upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (required).
• Takes responsibilities for own actions including the impact of own decisions on others.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, count, weigh or measure material or items from incoming shipments for correct part number and count verifying information against purchase order/packing list
• Receive purchase orders/materials assuring accuracy of receipts
• Assure completion of materials on a daily basis
• Label material properly with correct part numbers and distribute material to departments/inventory locations as required
• Perform cycle counting and make adjustment to records on inventory as directed
