Job summary

Bruno Independent Living Aids is seeking a Warehouse Associate to transport materials within a modern production facility in Wisconsin. You will operate a forklift, manage data entry for shipments, and ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and shipping processes.

You will load and unload shipments, verify inventory, and coordinate with Purchasing and Inventory to resolve shortages or delays. Proficiency in MS Office and basic math is required for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 years material handling and receiving/shipping experience required.
• Must be proficient at data entry and processing of transactions.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a box truck if assigned when applicable.
• Proficient reading and interpretation of safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Transport incoming and outgoing materials using forklift, hand jack, carts or other equipment.
• Supply production areas with materials and verify counts through inventory software.
• Enter incoming materials and quantities into software and generate bills of lading and shipping labels.
• Load and unload shipments and prepare items for shipment.
• Communicate shortages or delays to Purchasing and Inventory departments.
• Perform receiving tasks and ensure quality and quantity of daily production inputs.
