Job summary

Aerometals Inc. in El Dorado Hills, California is seeking a Material Handler to support receiving, material movement, and inventory control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will perform real-time transactions, process requisitions, operate material handling equipment, conduct cycle counts, maintain organized stores, and assist with ERP data entry while adhering to ISO 9001/AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of material management within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment with changing dynamics.
• Exceptional organization, coordination, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to perform multiple data entry functions daily.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform real time systematic transactions for receiving material and moving material.
• Process material requisitions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
• Safely move material using handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Perform physical inventory counts and report results accurately.
• Identify product by tagging or other methods to ensure traceability.
• Maintain stores and inventory area organized and productive.
• Communicate concisely and effectively.
• Perform other duties as required by the organization.
