Job description

CROWN Food Packing USA has immediate openings for safety-conscious employees at its Toledo, Ohio location. Crown Food emphasizes safety and adherence to company standard operating procedures. Crown is a tobacco-free workplace. Must be flexible to work any shift. The wage rate for this position is $20.60 per hour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Operate rewind end of coil coating line.
2. Visually inspect coils to ensure there are no defects in the paint or metal (trash in paint, dents, scratches, etc.).
3. Cut samples of coated coil for QC lab inspection.
4. Maintain a clean work area.
5. Participate in safety and other training programs as required.
6. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
7. Operate forklift. Experience is required.

Education/Training/Experience:

Exposure to production environment preferred.
