Job summary

CoWorx is seeking a production associate in West Boylston, MA to perform daily manufacturing tasks on a clean, organized floor. You will mask, unmask, test, inspect, and package parts following strict quality instructions, and you will read and interpret written procedures to ensure compliance.

Occupation requires lifting 20-40 lbs daily, dexterity, and occasional respirator use. PPE includes safety glasses, masks, and ear protection in a light-industrial setting.

• PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Good dexterity is needed to handle small components.
• Lift up to 20-40 lbs daily and move racks and pallets as required.
• No full beard; respirator may be required to be worn.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily production tasks including masking, unmasking, testing, inspecting, loading, and packaging parts in accordance with quality standards and work instructions.
• Sand, wash, and prepare parts for manufacturing, finishing, or inspection processes.
• Read, interpret, and follow written work instructions, procedures, and specifications accurately.

Desired Background/Skills:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Good dexterity helps as some of the masking is of small components.
Lift up to 20-40lbs daily
Able to move Racks loaded with parts and Pallets daily.
No full Beards as operator will need to wear respirator at times.
Standing, Bending, Reaching, Climbing, Twisting, etc. Indicate lifting weight requirements and frequency and if any mechanical means are used for material handling.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) REQUIRED:
Safety glasses, Dust mask, Ear Plugs, Respirator mask.

Other Information:

• Monday through Friday schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
• Starting pay rate of $19.00 per hour.
• Must be able to wear a respirator when required; clean-shaven appearance required to ensure proper respirator fit.
• Casual light industrial manufacturing environment with organized production areas.
• Work is performed on a manufacturing floor with smaller work areas dedicated to ESD and gasket operations.
• Environment does not include large industrial equipment and maintains a clean, structured workspace.
