Job summary

INTEGRATED METAL PRODUCTS is seeking a Material Handler for our Lakeland, FL facility. The ideal candidate will manage incoming and outgoing materials, verify packing lists, offload, bin locate, stage material at machines, and ensure accurate inventory.

The role requires operating a forklift and an overhead crane, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment. A high school diploma and pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more of experience in material handling and identification of material.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be highly experienced in measuring parts using tape measure, calipers, micrometers and other precision instruments.
• Must be highly organized with exceptional time management skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual and reliable.
• Industrial non-climate controlled environment.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
• Pre-employment screening to include drug test and a physical.

Responsibilities

• Verify material against incoming packing lists.
• Offload verified material.
• Bin locate received material.
• Pull material and stage at machines per pick list.
• Return drop material to proper bin location.
• Package and load customer orders for delivery.
• Perform quality inspections and follow ISO traceability guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Additional responsibilities as needed by supervisor.
