Smithfield Foods, Inc. in Kinston, NC is seeking a Material Handler/Powered Equipment Operator to support movement of product on the production floor. You will operate forklifts and related equipment, maintain clean work areas, and assist the production line to meet safety and quality standards.

The role is onsite, with competitive starting pay and benefits, including health insurance and education support for eligible employees. Must be able to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to operate forklifts and powered equipment.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Operate forklifts, jack lifts and other powered equipment to move product.
• Maintain safe, clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and QA standards during production shifts.
• Support production line to ensure timely product flow.
