Job summary

Vicor in Andover, MA is seeking a Material Handling team member within the 3DI Logistics group. You will perform material movement, stock checks, and chemical handling while ensuring accurate transacting through the plating workflow.

Role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills including Outlook and SAP. Prior scanning/tracking experience is preferred and a HS diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with scanning and tracking systems is preferred.
• 1 year of Material Handling experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Candidate should possess good computer skills including email through Outlook and have the ability to learn SAP.
• Visual product inspection experience is required.
• Per OSHA guidelines, be able to lift up to 50lbs. with assistance.
• Strong attention to detail is an absolute requirement.

Responsibilities

• Transacts all product into and out of the 3DI plating work center.
• Transfers materials from the incoming rack into fixtures and placing them into carts to move to the next operation; verifies panels are transacted properly and secured in fixtures.
• Visually inspects all incoming and outgoing product for compliance to acceptability specifications.
• Transacts panels through multiple stages of the plating operations.
• Handles chemicals and moves them to and from stock locations.
• Manages the inventory on all chemicals and consumables.
• Performs daily and weekly cycle counts.
• Moves material to and from stock locations.
