Job summary

WILBERT INC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a production/operations role in Harrisburg. You will tend plastic molding machines (injection molding/thermoforming), stage materials, and support mold changes to keep production on schedule while following safety protocols.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience or license, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Equal opportunity employer with on-site work requirement.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Experience in plastics manufacturing preferred.
Experience using a forklift preferred.
Must obtain and maintain a valid forklift license to hold position.
All required WilbertU Courses based on job title.

Responsibilities

Tend plastic molding machines to meet production schedule (injection molding or thermoforming).
Assist in prep of workstations prior to starting production.
Bring raw material to press locations for color changes and mold changes.
Stage materials in dryers ahead of mold changes to reduce downtime.
Identify materials staged for production and ensure supplies stay full for each workstation.
Assist with inventory preparation and counting and with mold setup.
