Material Handler Picking – Erlanger, KY
This is a full-time hourly position

Position Summary:

• Perform all assigned duties necessary
• Safely obtain and manufacture quality products for shipment to customers

Job Responsibilities:

• Read, understand, and follow instructions on reports/pick sheets
• Check and add all materials listed on pick sheets
• Precisely weigh materials for production areas
• Follow QC sampling procedures and report deviations
• Execute transactions on terminal software and handheld scanners
• Pull and return materials in designated warehouse locations
• Manage cycle counting of inventory locations
• Follow ISO9001, GMP, and HACCP procedures
• Handle shipping functions, including labeling products and verifying customer orders prior to shipment
• Maintain inventory record accuracy of 96% or higher
• Verify and remove seals from trucks and apply seals to full truck loads
• Gather paperwork for shipments
• Perform other duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, and transportation
• Experience with barcode systems
• Forklift (stand-up) experience
• Basic math and computer skills (Word and Excel)
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement

Physical Demands:

• Able to stand, walk, lift, reach, and bend throughout an 8-hour shift
