Job summary

The Job Shop in Perrysburg, OH is hiring a Material Handler/Picker Packer. The role supports production by moving materials, receiving and staging components, and preparing orders for work centers. Bilingual English/Spanish is welcome, and no forklift experience is required as training is provided.

The position operates on 1st shift, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with weekly pay. A valid lift truck license and a high school diploma or equivalent are required, with physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or relevant experience.
• Must maintain valid Lift Truck license.
• Able to fulfill physical requirements as required; lifting up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the facility to support the needs of the business.
• Perform Standard Work tasks; operate lift truck per procedures and Shop Floor Data Collection work instructions.
• Perform work centre replenishment tasks per procedures and ensure accuracy of part numbers and documentation.
• Perform Master Labels splits and combines; move material to wrap and locations.
• Perform strap and wrap as per processing standards.
• Pick the components to work center as BOM.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
