Job summary

WTX Supply and Fabrication in League City, TX, is seeking a Materials Handler to support warehouse and fabrication operations. You will move, stage, and track materials using the Warehouse Management System and BOMs to keep production flowing.

This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and safety discipline. You will operate forklifts, assist with inventory audits, and coordinate with drivers and the fabrication team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow picklists, packing slips, purchase orders, and BOMs.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, coworkers, and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and move materials in accordance with established WMS procedures.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive inbound materials and complete put-away as directed.
• Supply the fabrication team with materials per BOM requirements.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as assigned.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in a safe and compliant manner.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe yard and warehouse storage locations.
• Report inventory discrepancies, safety concerns, and operational issues to supervision.
• Follow all company safety, operational, and quality procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

About the role:

The Material Handleris responsible fortheaccuratemovement, handling, and staging of materials throughout the warehouse and yard. This role supports warehouse and fabrication operations andmaintainsinventory integrity by performing all material transactionsin accordance withcompany procedures and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
