Job summary

Wastequip is hiring a Material Handler at our MT Sterling, KY facility. You will support production by supplying materials, transporting parts, and ensuring a safe, organized work area while following 5S standards.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and teamwork. Forklift certification is a plus, and you will operate with standard PPE in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with metal grinding, light assembly and basic tools.
• Forklift certification preferred if needed.
• Careful attention to detail and orderliness.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Supply production with materials and parts as required.
• Transfer parts to holding and staging lanes using carts or pump trucks.
• Perform safety inspections and routine tool maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work area with required PPE and 5S standards.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by supervision.
