Material Handler - Part Time (Warehouse-like)

Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, heavyweight items, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Assists in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight. Serves as a liaison between the company and ULD repair vendor, as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, and squat for designated work hours.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces, including stacking packages above head if required.
• Capable of working in all weather conditions and climbing stairs and ladders if needed.
• Successfully complete all basic and recurrent training.
• Effective communication skills in noisy environments are required.

Job Conditions

• Non-covered safety-sensitive position.

• Must possess a valid driver's license to operate motorized conveyances.

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is an estimate of the starting salary across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. Benefits include health, vision, and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range: $18.79 plus $2.00 pay premium per hour
