What to Expect at Federal Express Corporation (FEC):

• Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes.
• Part-time employees work one shift a day; full-time employees work two shifts.
• Shift lengths vary: 3–6 hours daily for part-time; 6–10 hours for full-time.
• Overtime pay applies after 40 hours per week.

Pay Transparency

This range is an estimate of the current starting salary across all locations. Actual pay depends on experience, location, and other factors. Additional compensation such as bonuses may be available. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
