Job Duties

Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, heavyweight freight, dangerous goods, and ULDs. Assists in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight. Serves as a liaison between the company and ULD repair vendor, as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from the ground to chest level and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, and squat for designated work hours.
• Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces, stacking packages above head if required.
• Capable of working in all weather conditions and climbing stairs and ladders as needed.
• Successfully complete all basic and re-currency training.
• Effective communication in noisy environments is required.

Job Conditions

Non-safety sensitive position. Medical exam required. Must possess a valid driver's license to operate motorized conveyances. Ability to work alert and safely at all times.

This range is an estimate of the starting salary across potential locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors.
