Job summary

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking motivated individuals to build a future in a stable industry. No experience required—training provided. As a Material Handler, you’ll unload railcars and trucks, operate equipment, and perform quality control tasks to keep operations safe and efficient.

This hands-on role is a stepping stone to Operator, Lead, or Supervisor positions, with opportunities for advancement as you demonstrate reliability and initiative.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and push/pull 120 pounds.
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Unload railcars and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality control testing on materials.
• Operate equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Support daily operations and follow safety procedures.
