Job summary

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking motivated individuals to begin a career with training provided. No experience required; growth path toward Operator, Lead, or Supervisor exists.

You’ll unload materials, run quality checks, and operate forklifts and other equipment on rotating shifts in a safe, team-based environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented and eager to learn new skills while following safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment after training.
• Ability to lift 50–65 pounds, push/pull up to 120 pounds.
• Basic reading, math, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload tank railcars and trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality control testing on materials.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Follow plant safety procedures and work with the team to support daily operations.
