Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is hiring a Material Handler, Packing in Marion, NC. You will transport, inspect, and pack IV therapies and other sterile solutions, ensuring quality and timely distribution in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• PIT Operator Certification and Inspector Certification obtainable.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Able to perform basic mathematics and read work instructions.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Transport and pack IV therapies, premixed drugs, renal therapies and sterile solutions.
• Operate and maintain automated packaging equipment and carton erector.
• Visually inspect bags for defects and log issues.
• Unload and package bags as needed; assist line clearance.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following 6S and cGMP requirements.
