Flexcon is hiring a Material Handler for our Columbus, NE plant. This role supports production operations, follows standard work, and emphasizes safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system.
- Must be able to read and write written work instructions, have basic math skills and be able to read a ruler to measure fractions of an inch.
- Prior forklift experience a plus but will train.
- Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all environment and safety regulations, including the Company’s environmental and safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
- Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action and builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Must learn and follow standardized work that has been created within assigned role.
- Promote a safe and quality driven culture.

At Flexcon, we offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes base salary, healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision), life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, wellness programs, and tuition assistance. Based on region, the expected salary range for this position is $ $15.84-$26.40an hour.
The posted salary range reflects a national pay scale and is intended to provide a general idea of compensation across different geographic regions.
