Job summary

Flexcon is hiring a Machine Operator Finishing for the Columbus, NE plant. This weekday position runs Monday through Thursday with a 5:55 AM–6:00 PM schedule. You will support production operations, follow standardized work, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, basic math, and ability to read a ruler and tape measure. Lifting up to 50 lbs and ERP familiarity are needed.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to learn ERP system.
• Must be able to read and follow written work instructions, read a ruler and tape measure to measure fractions of an inch.
• Must have a high attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with environmental and safety policies.

• Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
