Job summary

Flexcon is hiring Material Handlers for its Columbus, NE plant. Starting at $17.61 per hour, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., on-site work.

Flexcon focuses on coated and laminated films, with a commitment to safety, training, and career growth opportunities. Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP system.
• Must be able to read and write written work instructions, have basic math skills and be able to read a ruler to measure fractions of an inch.
• Prior forklift experience a plus but will train.
• Must be committed to a high standard of safety and be willing and able to comply with all environment and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform various tasks in support of production operations.
• Apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Must learn and follow standardized work that has been created within assigned role.
• Promote a safe and quality driven culture.
