Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is seeking a Material Handler in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will process products to meet daily production standards and support store operations while upholding the organization's mission and values.

A typical day includes following policies, assisting customers, promoting a supportive environment, and contributing to a safe workplace. The role requires 35–40 hours weekly with a flexible day/evening schedule.

Description

Position Summary:

This position is responsible processing products to meet daily production standards and goals. Promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter seals’ mission and values.

• Store Operations: Follows policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner. Follows policies and procedures and executes directives in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Creates a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring all customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
• Services and Programs: Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Safety: Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.

Job Pay & Perks:

• Pay Range: $14.20 - $19.52/hr

Prior Experience & Education:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
