Job summary

Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota is hiring a Donations Processor in Austin, MN to receive and sort donated goods and provide excellent donor service. You will coordinate with merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production goals and uphold the organization's mission.

Typical schedule is 35–40 hours per week with open days, including some nights and weekends; benefits include competitive medical/dental/vision plans, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO and employee discount.

Description

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for receiving donated goods while providing excellent customer service to Goodwill donors. Responsible for sorting donated goods and delivering them to the merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production standards and goals. Promotes and adheres to Goodwill-Easter Seals’ mission and values.

• Customer Service: Creates a high level of customer service throughout the store ensuring customers experience a welcoming atmosphere.
• Services and Programs: Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals.
• Safety: Help contribute to a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers.
• Pay Range: $14.20 - $19.52/hr

Prior Experience & Education:

• 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
