Job summary

Relyans is seeking a Material Handler to ensure smooth material flow in the production line. You will select suitable employees and operate within safety and quality guidelines on the shop floor.

Key duties include stocking machines, organizing WIP, and coordinating with Technical Quality, Customer Service, Warehouse and MRP. Compliance with MISOSHA standards and proper use of PPE are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication with employees at all levels, customers and drivers.
• SAP and MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines in assigned department are stocked with all parts needed to run.
• Make sure all parts are put away after a run to prevent mixing.
• Scope and move parts, scan washers to machines, and deliver to PROD when needed.
• Adjust returned washers quantity and store in racks.
• Keep WIP organized and locate lost bins; support new drivers.
