Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Material Handler to join our on-site team in Oklahoma City, OK. You will prepare and assemble mail for daily mailing, ensure accurate counts, and log materials for reporting.

The role supports warehouse operations and requires safety compliance, flexibility for overtime, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, are fluent in English, and comfortable with basic math and manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble print for daily mailing.
• Meet daily production goals set by management.
• Log all groups and quantities assembled with proper reporting.
• Open and reinsert mail if needed.
• Move material to warehouse with pallet jack.
• Keep areas clean and organized to avoid cross contamination.
• Support Safety Program tasks.
• Assist in Warehouse and other shipping/mailing duties as assigned.
• OT as required.

Role Overview:

Could you be our next Material Handler ? Globe Life is looking for a Material Handler to join the team!

The role is responsible for accurately mailing all customer correspondence, including billing, claim checks, company letters, and new policies. This includes assembling mailing packages and envelopes by hand or by operating a mail inserter machine, ensuring each package contains the exact required components and matches the expected piece count.

This is an on-site position located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and assemble print for daily mailing.
• Meet daily production goals set by management.
• Log all groups and quantities assembled with proper reporting to ensure all mail has been accounted for.
• Open and reinsert any mail done incorrectly.
• Gather and distribute material in & out of designated holding area.
• Move material placed on postal skids with a pallet jack transferring them to the warehouse in preparation for transport.
• Keep respective areas clean and organized in a manner to not get them cross contaminated.
• Complete all required tasks associated with the Safety Program set by the company.
• Assist in Warehouse.
• Other job duties that are associated with shipping/mailing, as assigned by management.
• OT as required.
