Globe Life is seeking a meticulous Material Handler for an on-site role in Oklahoma City. You will assemble mailing packages, verify contents, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production setting.

Responsibilities include meeting daily production goals, recording and reconciling materials, moving items with a pallet jack, and supporting warehouse tasks while adhering to safety guidelines. A high school diploma, English fluency, and basic math are required.

• Fluency in reading and writing English, along with basic math skills.
• Ability to maintain concentration for extended periods.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing job assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and self-directed work ethic.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds frequently and repeatedly.

• Gather and distribute materials to and from designated holding areas.
• Use a pallet jack to move materials on postal skids to the warehouse in preparation for transport.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to prevent materials from different mailings from being mixed.
• Complete all required tasks under the company’s Safety Program.
• Assist with warehouse activities and perform other shipping and mailing duties assigned by management.
• Work overtime as required.

Role Overview

Could you be our next Material Handler? Globe Life is looking for a Material Handler to join the team! In this role, you will help ensure customers receive accurate, complete mailings, including billing statements, claim checks, company letters, and new policies. You will prepare and assemble mailing packages by hand or using mail-inserting equipment, verify that each package contains the correct materials, and reconcile completed quantities against expected totals. This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, pays close attention to detail, and can maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced production environment.

This is an on-site position located in Oklahoma City, OK.
