Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is hiring a Lift Truck Operator- Forklift Trainee for our Huntersville, NC facility. The role involves operating forklifts to package products for customer shipments, with a focus on safety and teamwork on the night shift.

You will be trained to operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, perform basic math for packing, and contribute to daily production reports while supporting fellow teammates and maintaining clean, safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience using sit-down and stand-up forklifts and ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability for flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

We currently have an opportunity for a Lift Truck Operator- Forklift Trainee located at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

Pay: $21.59/hour

Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks to palletize shipping cases.
• Create daily production reports.
• Train new personnel.

As a Lift Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating the forklift to package various products into cartons or shipping cases for customer shipments.

Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience using both sit down and stand-up forklifts, with the ability to obtain your forklift certification.
• Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
