Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is seeking a Lift Truck Operator at our Tamaqua, PA facility. The role focuses on safe forklift operation to palletize and package products for customer shipments, supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will generate daily production reports, assist with training new personnel, and contribute to maintaining high safety and quality standards across shifts. Eligible benefits include medical, dental and vision plans, 401K, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Forklift certification may be obtained.
• Flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Lift Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating the forklift to package various products into cartons or shipping cases for customer shipments.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

• Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.
• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks to palletize shipping cases.
• Create daily production reports.
• Train new personnel.

Requirements

We need you to have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience using both sit down and stand-up forklifts with the ability to obtain your forklift certification.
• Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with some nights and weekends.

Icing on the cake:

• Experience using SAP.
• Experience at a manufacturing facility.
