Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Laborer to assist in all areas of warehouse functions onsite. Responsibilities include material movement across multiple zones, SAP transactions, and inventory accuracy.

The role requires a High School Diploma, 3+ years of material handling, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Overtime and occasional travel may apply. The position is non-exempt and onsite, with a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of material handling experience.
• Must be able to stand, twist, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk frequently.
• Must be able to operate the company van.
• Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Must be familiar with cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of materials across Warehouse, Inspection, Production, and Molding areas, ensuring accurate completion of SAP transactions.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load and unload trailers, including finished goods for customers and semi-finished products to/from outside storage areas.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety by properly stacking materials, keeping aisles clear, and ensuring overall cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish copy room supplies and manage the recycling processes.
• Support various warehouse operations and assist cross departments, as needed.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities, as assigned.
