Immediately Hiring!

Location: Lima, OH Distribution Center or Lima Kibby Street Distribution Center.

Starting Pay: $19/hr with a $1.50/hr shift differential for 3rd shift. Bi-Weekly Pay.

Shift Hours: 10:00pm - 6:30am. Some overtime may be available depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Unload incoming trailers using hand or electric-powered equipment.
2. Check shipments and store materials properly, maintaining stock rotation.
3. Process various types of orders efficiently and accurately.
4. Use computers, RF scanners, and power equipment following best practices.
5. Prepare shipping documents and enter data into Oracle Warehouse Management Software.
6. Adhere to all applicable policies and regulations (DOT, OSHA, EPA, ISO, etc.).
7. Participate in inventory, cycle counts, and audits; monitor for shortages.
8. Attend safety meetings and perform safety observations.
9. Perform minor maintenance on warehouse equipment.
10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
11. Assist managers and supervisors with duties and projects.

Qualifications

1. 1-2 years warehouse or manufacturing experience.
2. Basic reading, writing, math, and communication skills.
3. Experience with hazardous materials is a plus.
4. Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
6. Forklift and hand-jack experience beneficial.
