Nature's Lab, a division of DrVita, Inc., seeks a reliable Material Handler (Mid-Day Shift) to support warehouse and production in a fast-paced nutraceutical setting. This hands-on role moves, stages, and supplies raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and cGMP compliance.

The position is 10-hour shifts, 10:00am–8:30pm, Monday–Thursday. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, assist with cycle counts, and ensure inventory integrity,

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, reliability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Pull and prepare materials for production based on work orders.
• Verify item counts, lot numbers, labels, and documentation for accuracy.
• Support inventory accuracy through proper material handling and organization.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler (Mid-Day Shift) to support warehouse and production operations within a fast-paced nutraceutical manufacturing environment.

This position is responsible for the safe movement, staging, organization, and handling of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods while maintaining accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with cGMP, safety, and company standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment where accuracy and accountability matter.

This is a hands-on, physical position. You'll be on your feet most of the day, regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, moving materials throughout the facility, and working in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, material handling, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Valid forklift certification required
• Experience safely operating forklifts (reach truck) and warehouse equipment required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation accurately
• Strong attendance, reliability, and accountability required
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements consistently
• Experience in food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or cGMP environments is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to frequently lift, move, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and work safely in warehouse and production environments
• Must be comfortable working at elevated heights and operating lifts safely when required
• Must maintain constant alertness, focus, and situational awareness while operating equipment and working around moving machinery and personnel
• Comfortable working around warehouse equipment, production activity, noise, dust, and varying temperatures

Work Environment

This position works within warehouse and manufacturing areas in a cGMP-regulated nutraceutical facility. Employees are expected to follow all safety, GMP, sanitation, and PPE requirements while maintaining professionalism, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

Final candidate will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, as condition of employment in a GMP-regulated facility.
