Job summary

ProMed is seeking a Material Handler who will support molding operations by preparing material, reviewing schedules, and coordinating with leads and operators. The role ensures accurate material allocation and ERP compliance.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic math skills, and strong English skills. Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred. The job requires lifting 40+ pounds and teamwork in a medical manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills required.
• Professional, courteous and friendly disposition expected.
• Working knowledge of English (verbal and written).
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and other similar software.

Responsibilities

• Review production schedules and meet with supervisor/leads to determine material requirements.
• Prepare material for molding following established procedures.
• Monitor material usage and determine when more material is needed to complete job orders.
• Record material allocation in the work order and complete issuing transactions in the ERP system.
• Perform batch record review and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Receive and test incoming materials/components as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
• Lift 40+ pounds frequently during the shift.
