Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking a dedicated MB Material Handler to optimize inventory control, parts receiving and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include FIFO parts processing, organizing warehouse and bin locations, building line mockups, recording usage history, and maintaining 5S standards. You will perform cycle counts, support ESD compliance, and generate KPI reports daily while collaborating with teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 10 pounds and stand 8 hours.
• Able to multitask, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Customer service oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Receive/ship parts and manage bin locations in the warehouse.
• Organize warehouse and stock room; ensure FIFO based on age.
• Build line mockups and record part usage history.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure parts comply with ESD standards and stay in good condition.
• Organize non-conforming parts and route as required.
• Produce KPI reports and meet daily deadlines; support data input.

Summary/PurposeThe MB Material Handler is responsible for inventory management, control and delivery.Principle Accountabilities and DutiesParts/MB receiving and delivery.Manage parts and bin location.Organize warehouse and stock room.Build mockups for the lines.Record part usage history, order and keep enough part buffer for repair and rework.Make sure FIFO order based on the age of parts.Control parts and keep cost down to minimum.Make sure parts conform to ESD standard and keep in good condition. Prevent defective parts.Organize non-conforming parts and move to designated area.Do cycle count on periodic basis to make sure the inventory is accurate.Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement.Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day.Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily.Follow 5S standard.Utilize the company’s time to be efficient and productive.
