Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking a Material Handler to manage the flow of MB parts, maintain stock locations, and organize the warehouse to support efficient repair and rework processes. The role requires attention to inventory accuracy, ESD compliance, and timely KPI reporting.

The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Excel and SAP, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a commitment to 5S workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Requires the physical ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Able to stand 8 hours consistently and push, pull, twist and lift at a minimum 10lbs container/boxes.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Knowledge using MS Excel, SAP, Service me.

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver MB parts.
• Manage parts and bin location.
• Organize warehouse and stock room.
• Build mockups for the lines.
• Record part usage history, order and keep enough part buffer for repair and rework.
• Ensure FIFO based on the age of parts.
• Control parts and keep costs down.
• Ensure parts conform to ESD standards and kept in good condition.
• Organize non-conforming parts and move to designated area.
• Perform cycle counts to keep inventory accurate.
• Meet and exceed KPI and turn in KPI reports daily.
• Check and keep record for ESD audit daily.
• Follow 5S standards.
• Time management and punctuality.
• Be prepared to reassign tasks per project needs.

Summary/PurposeThe MB Material Handler is responsible for inventory management, control and delivery.Principle Accountabilities and DutiesParts/MB receiving and delivery.Manage parts and bin location.Organize warehouse and stock room.Build mockups for the lines.Record part usage history, order and keep enough part buffer for repair and rework.Make sure FIFO order based on the age of parts.Control parts and keep cost down to minimum.Make sure parts conform to ESD standard and keep in good condition. Prevent defective parts.Organize non-conforming parts and move to designated area.Do cycle count on periodic basis to make sure the inventory is accurate.Meet and exceed KPI defined to meet the business and operational requirement.Turn in KPI report on time, end of the working day.Check and keep record for ESD Audit daily.Follow 5S standard.Utilize the company’s time to be efficient and productive.
