Job Description

A Material Handler I at Lennox AES in Tallassee, AL, works under limited supervision to manage inventory flow in manufacturing and warehouse areas, from raw materials receipt to customer delivery.

Compensation: $17/hr (with overtime opportunities)

Responsibilities

• Monitor raw material and shop supply inventory weekly; report needs to purchasing
• Assist in unloading and verifying incoming materials for damage
• Complete receiving tickets and document discrepancies
• Print shipping documents and coordinate pickups
• Assist with product loading and notify logistics of delays
• Greet suppliers, receive small packages, and create BOLs
• Coordinate scrap pickup and order from local suppliers
• Maintain spare parts inventories and support UKG issues
• Assist with onboarding and weekly scheduling
• Print burn packages and support duties as assigned
• Operate forklift with OSHA certifications
