Valley Craft Industries in Minnesota is seeking a reliable Material Handler and Machine Operator to move, store, and track materials while operating turret presses and bending equipment. You’ll learn multiple roles and rotate between tasks to meet daily production needs.

This entry-level to mid-level position offers steady hours, a safety-focused shop, and opportunities to grow skills in material handling, machine operation, and quality control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions, diagrams, and production paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Read production paperwork, diagrams, and specifications.
• Move materials between warehouse, production areas, and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
• Operate turret presses and bending machines; monitor output and adjust settings to maintain quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support teammates and float between departments as needed.
