Connect Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Material Handler / Machine Operator to join a leading mattress manufacturing company in Waco, TX!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm (Potential OT)

Material Handler / Machine Operator Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 months of recent Material Handler or Machine Operator experience
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Proficient in using hand tools and machinery with a solid understanding of mechanical principles
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control practices
• Ability to lift 50+lbs
• Able to stand for 8+ hours during your shift
• Prior experience in roles such as a Production Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Equipment Operator, Assembly Machine Operator, Mechanical Operator, Industrial Machine Operator, Automated Machine Operator, Heavy Machine Operator
